Nevertheless, the transition has its challenges.
The technology used to connect WordPress to Infusionsoft was an approriate selection at the time it was chosen. As middleware, it suffered tension at the sender and receiver. The sale surely accelerated the slow development of an API that could replace the XMLRPC middleware. The sale forced implementors of the legacy API to replace it with technology still in development when Thryv announced they will sunset the legacy API on 31-Dec-2026.
